protocol output

1. Data baud rate: 9600 (default) (optional: 4800192003840057600115200, etc.)

 2. Output statements: (GGA, GSA, GSV, RMC, VTG, GLL) can be set and matched arbitrarily.

 3. Data refresh rate: 1 Hz-10 Hz refresh rate (1-10 times of data output per second can be set).

 4. Set PPS second pulse freely (for example, let PPS light flash once every 3 seconds, which can be used for indicator light synchronization)
