T303-3 dual mode timing and positioning module GPS module Beidou BD module
T303-3 module is a dual-mode time service module which supports BDS Bi / GPS Li frequency points. BDS Bi / GPS L1 dual-mode chip developed by taidou microelectronics is integrated in the module, which provides a bdsbi / GPS Li dual-mode solution with high precision, high sensitivity, low power consumption and low cost for time service terminal products such as power system and communication base station. The size of t303-3 module is 16.5mmx12.2mmx2.2mm, and its volume is small. The 24 pin stamp hole is compatible with general packaging, and can be replaced directly on the board, which greatly saves the design time of timing and positioning terminal products. T303-3 supports module software upgrade and other functions.

It supports the user to reset the module externally in use, with an average power consumption of about 28maa3.3v. The power consumption is small, and the software upgrade is supported. The upper computer can track 64 channels of software upgrade function through serial port
The module has three power input pins (VCC, vckp and ant in) and one power output pin (vant out). Among them, C ℃ is the main working power supply of the module; bckp is the backup input power supply of the module, which supplies power to the RT ℃ circuit when the main power supply VCC is cut off, so as to ensure that the key information will not be lost. The charging circuit for the standby power supply vckp is designed inside the module. If the hot start function is required, the rechargeable battery or large capacity capacitor can be connected. If the hot start function is not required, the grounding is recommended; ANTN is the input pin of antenna power supply, which is connected with RFN through inductance inside the module; ant out outputs the antenna power supply voltage, which can be used for external active antenna power supply when using the internal antenna power supply (power supply 3.3V). This pin provides an output current of no more than 100mA. If the antenna needs high voltage or high current, an external power supply can be used to supply power to the vant D pin. It is recommended that a 10 ohm current limiting resistor be connected in series at the same time.
VCC has certain requirements on the upper wave shape, which requires the monotonous rise of the upper wave shape, and the following situations need to be avoided
1) The rising time from 0 to 3.3V was more than 10ms
2)Upper station step over 1ms (during voltage rise, the voltage remains unchanged for more than 1ms)
3) When the voltage is between 06 and 20V, the hook back is more than 100mV
4) Sustained ripple over 50 mV.
