AHT10， The new generation of temperature and humidity sensors has established new standards in terms of size and intelligence: it is embedded in a dual row flat no pin SMD package suitable for reflow soldering, with a bottom surface of 4 x 5mm and a height of 1.6mm. The sensor outputs calibrated digital signals in standard I2C format. The AHT10 is equipped with a newly designed ASIC dedicated chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing element, and a standard on-chip temperature sensing element. Its performance has greatly improved and even exceeded the reliability level of the previous generation of sensors. The new generation of temperature and humidity sensors has been improved to make their performance more stable in harsh environments.
