Product Module features

1. Can detect flames or light sources with wavelengths ranging from 760 nanometers to 1100 nanometers. The lighter tests flames at a distance of 80cm, and the larger the flame, the farther the test distance

2. Detection angle of around 60 degrees, particularly sensitive to flame spectra

3. Sensitivity adjustable (blue digital potentiometer adjustment in the figure)

4. The comparator output directly triggers the relay

5. The external dimensions are 50x26mm, with a thickness of 19mm and fixed bolt holes for easy installation

Module usage instructions

1. Flame sensors are sensitive to flames and also respond to sunlight, and are generally used for flame alarms and other purposes.

2. By adjusting the potentiometer, the intensity of the flame sensed by the sensor can be set. When the flame exceeds the set threshold, the relay will close and the common terminal and normally open terminal will be connected. When the flame is below the set threshold, the relay will disconnect and the common terminal and normally closed terminal will be connected;

3. The common terminal, normally open, and normally closed ports are equivalent to a dual control switch. When the relay coil is powered, the common terminal is conductive to the normally open terminal, and when there is no power, the common terminal is conductive to the normally closed terminal

4. The sensor should be kept at a certain distance from the flame to avoid damage from high temperatures. The flame distance for testing lighters is 80cm, and the larger the flame, the farther the testing distance
