1、 Overview


This product adopts advanced microcontroller control circuit, with precise delay time. By displaying time and other parameters through a digital tube and adjusting the values with buttons, it greatly facilitates users' function selection and settings. Input signal optocoupler isolation (true isolation, completely isolated from power supply in electrical systems), can accept high/low levels, NPN/PNP signals, CMOS signals, etc.

Noun Explanation:


Signal giving "refers to the moment when a signal is received. Like the moment a button is pressed.


2 "Signal": Refers to the constant presence of a signal, similar to pressing a button all the time.


3 "Suction": refers to the suction of the common end and the normally open end (while the common end and the normally closed end will be disconnected)


4 "Disconnected": refers to the disconnection of the common end and the normally open end (while the common end and the normally closed end will be attracted).

2. Button Description:


FUN key: Stop key, displays function code.


SET key: Set key, Shift key.


NUM key: numerical adjustment key (adjust each digit from 0 to 9)


3. Explanation of decimal point for delay time


XX. X       The decimal point of X is in ten places, and the timing range is 0.1 seconds to 99.9 seconds


XXX.        The decimal point is in units, and the timing range is 1 second to 999 seconds


X. X.X.      decimal point fully lit, timing range: 1 minute to 999 minutes


Remarks:


(1) When setting parameters X and Y, the first setting is the decimal point (flashing), and press the NUM key to switch


(2) Parameter Z is the number of cycles, without a decimal point.


(3) The decimal point position of each parameter in each function is independent and adjustable, does not affect each other, and is saved in case of power failure

5. Set parameters:


Each function has a different number of parameters. According to the 'Function Code', there are up to three parameters X Y、Z。 In any state, press the FUN key to emergency stop and return to the stop state, displaying the function code for the day as shown in Figure 1. Press the NUM key to select the desired function, and then press and hold the SET key for 2 seconds to enter the setting mode.


(1) After entering the setting mode, the screen displays the value of the first parameter X, and the decimal point flashes. Press the NUM key to select the decimal point position. The meaning of the position can be found in "3. Explanation of the decimal point of delay time".


(2) Press the SET key again, and the highest digit of the value will start flashing. Press the NUM key to adjust the value from 0 to 9 in a loop. Press the SET key again, and the flashing will shift to ten digits. Similarly, press the NUM key to adjust the value. Press the SET key again, flash to shift to one bit, and press the NUM key to adjust the value.


(3) When pressing the SET key again, if there is a second parameter Y, it will start displaying the second parameter Y and the decimal point will flash. Similarly, as in (2).


(4) If there is a third parameter Z, the same applies to (2).


(5) After setting, pressing the SET key will return to the working state (if the function is triggered by a signal, it will display Figure 2, which means waiting for the signal to trigger; if it is triggered by power on, it will display Figure 3, which means waiting for restart).



In the setting state, no matter where you are, long press the SET key for 2 seconds to quickly save the current settings and enter the working state.
