Product Instructions
This module is an adjustable voltage reduction module that can change the output voltage by adjusting the voltage potentiometer. The input and output voltage difference is 2V. The IN - (input negative), IN+(input positive), OUT - (output negative), and OUT+(output positive) marked on the module must be connected correctly, otherwise it may cause damage to the module.
1. Battery charging usage method
① Determine the float charging voltage and charging current of the rechargeable battery you need, as well as the input voltage of the module;
② Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to around 5V;
③ Measure the output short-circuit current with a multimeter in 10A current mode, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to achieve the predetermined charging current value
④ The default shipment of the charging to light power supply is 0.1 times the charging current (constant current value) If adjustment is needed, please adjust the potentiometer of the turning light current; (Usually does not require adjustment)
⑤ Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the float charging voltage;
⑥ Connect the battery and try charging.
(Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are to connect the module input to the power supply and the output to no load without connecting the battery)
2. Usage of LED constant current driver:
① Determine the operating current and maximum operating voltage required to drive the LED;
② Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to around 5V.
③ Measure the output short-circuit current with a multimeter in 10A current mode, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to achieve the predetermined LED operating current;
④ Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to achieve the LED working voltage output voltage:
⑤ Connect the LED and test the machine.
(Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 are to connect the module input to the power supply, and the output is unloaded without connecting the LED light)

3. The positive and negative terminals of the input and output terminals cannot be reversed, otherwise the module will be damaged;
4. This is a voltage reduction module, and the input voltage should be higher than the output voltage, so it cannot be boosted;
5. The conversion efficiency is related to the voltage difference and current of the input and output voltages;
6. If the output current is greater than 2.5A or the output power exceeds 10W, and if working for a long time, please strengthen heat dissipation.
