Product Brief introduction
1. This non tapping mini board ZVS finished board, high-voltage package, cooling fan, etc.
2. This kit requires a certain level of hands-on ability and relevant knowledge. If you don't even know how to use a soldering iron or how to separate the positive and negative poles of the power supply, it is recommended not to take photos. If there is a problem with the purchase, the seller will not be held responsible!
3. Power ≤ 120W (when using 12V induction heating). Pushing high voltage pack 12V, with primary 5+5 turns, around 30W.
4. The input voltage is DC 5V~12V, which is the voltage during operation, not the voltage when the power supply is unloaded!
5. Confirm that all components are welded correctly, the positive and negative poles of the power cord are not reversed, connect the load (heating coil, high-voltage package), and then turn on the power! No load, no power supply! It is easy to damage when powered on without load!
6. Heating coil: The width of the object being heated should be between 1/3 and 1/2 of the inner diameter of the heating coil, and should not exceed 2/3 at most! The diameter of the heated object should be controlled within 20mm as much as possible. If it is too large, it will be difficult to heat it until it turns red, as the power is limited.
When induction heating is used, power off and cooling is usually required after 5 minutes of operation. Because the current is relatively high during induction heating, the coil also heats up significantly. During heating, some of the heat generated by the heated object is transferred to the heating coil, and over time, the temperature of the heating coil will become very high. If the heating coil is connected to the terminal block, the plastic part of the terminal block will melt off! Therefore, it is best to directly solder the heating coil to the PCB board during induction heating. Please pay attention to this point for buyers. For long-term use, it is recommended to use copper pipes as coils and cool them with water.
7. The current during high-voltage charging and induction heating is related to the input voltage, number of primary turns, number of heating coil turns, and size of the heated object. Our store's testing is for reference only!
8. Blue LED power indicator light, check whether the light is on or off to determine if there is power!
Product Function
Possible reasons for the indicator light not turning on include:
1. The wire is not connected properly and the power supply is not powered on.
2. The board has damaged components.
When the indicator light is dim, it should be due to insufficient power supply and a higher power supply needs to be replaced.
Tapeless ones are more suitable for induction heating.
How to use:
1. Weld the heating coil directly onto the PCB board
2. Input voltage: DC5-12V
3. Place the heated object: The width of the heated object should be between 1/3 and 1/2 of the inner diameter of the heating coil, and should not exceed 2/3 at most!
The diameter of the heated object should be controlled within 20mm as much as possible. If it is too large, it will be difficult to heat it until it turns red, as the power is limited.
