MAX6675 is a 12 bit resolution serial K-type thermocouple analog-to-digital converter produced by MAXIM Corporation in the United States, which includes cold junction compensation, linear correction, and thermocouple breakage detection.
The main features of MAX6675 are as follows
1. Simple SPI serial port temperature value output.
2. The temperature measurement range is from 0 ℃ to 1024 ℃, and the temperature resolution of the converter is 0.25 ° C.
3. Compensation for the cold end within the chip.
4. High impedance differential input.
5. Thermocouple disconnection detection.
6. Wide working voltage range 3.0~5 5V, working current 50mA.
8. The working temperature range is -20 ℃ to 85 ℃.
9. 2000V ESD signal.
