Product Introduction


The touch dimming module can achieve touch switch control and brightness adjustment of LED lights. It has the following functional characteristics and advantages:


1. The brightness of the lighting can be adjusted as needed, with a wide selection range and simple and convenient operation.


2. Touch function can be achieved with medium (such as glass, acrylic, plastic, ceramic, etc.) isolation protection, with high safety.


3. The application voltage range is wide, and can be freely selected between 2.4~4.5V.


4. The application circuit is simple, with few peripheral components, easy processing, and low cost.


5. Good resistance to power interference and mobile phone interference. EFT can reach ± 2KV or above; Under close range and multi angle mobile phone interference, touch response sensitivity and reliability are not affected.


6. Installation:


No direct contact with copper foil is required, dimming can be achieved through acrylic glass or plastic with a thickness of 3mm or more.


7. Purpose:


Can control LED modules, light strips, and other products. Suitable for indoor desk lamps, LED lighting dimming, DIY car light dimming modification ideal accessories.


8. Function: Single line touch, utilizing the principle of capacitive touch, with sensitive sensing at your fingertips. The default is an LED with switch function, dimming function, and brightness memory that gradually brightens and dims.

Debugging tips


If there is a false trigger or no trigger during debugging, it may be caused by the following reasons:


a) The touch line is too thick


b) Touch line too long


c) The copper skin is not big enough


d) Interference near the switch power supply end


e) Touch parameter C1 is unreasonable


The LED touch stepless dimming function without brightness memory is as follows:


△ When initially powered on, the light is in the off state.


△ When the touch is clicked (with a touch duration of less than 550ms), the light can be controlled to turn on or off. One click touch, the light will turn on; Click touch again and the light will turn off. Such a cycle. When the light is turned on or off, there is no brightness buffer. And the initial brightness of the lighting is fixed at 50% of the full brightness.


△ Long press touch (touch duration greater than 550ms) can achieve stepless brightness adjustment of the light. Long press and touch once, the brightness of the light gradually increases. When released, the brightness of the light stops at the corresponding brightness at the time of release. If the long press time exceeds 3 seconds, the brightness of the light will reach its maximum brightness and will no longer change; Press and hold the touch again, and the brightness of the light gradually decreases.
