Product Parameters
1. Supports MACH3 and other computer software that supports parallel port control.
2. USB power supply and peripheral power supply are separated to ensure computer security.
3. Peripheral wide voltage input, 12-24V, with anti reverse protection.
4. The input signal is isolated by optocoupler, which can be used for emergency stop, tool setting, limit, etc. to ensure computer security.
5. One relay output port, which can control the spindle switch, with output port P17.
6. The 0-10V analog voltage output isolated by optocouplers can control the frequency converter with corresponding analog interfaces and control the spindle speed. The output port is P1 port.
7. Open 17 ports, capable of connecting drivers with optocouplers and controlling 5-axis stepper motors.
8. P1, as a PWM output, can control the spindle speed controller with optocoupler input.
9. Drivers that can be connected in a common cathode or common anode configuration and have an input level of 5V.

1. TB6560 driver: The driver used here has 3 input signals:
Step pulse signal PUL+PUL;
2. Direction level signal DIR+DIR -;
3. Offline signal ENA+ENA -;
There are two types of input signal connections: common anode connection and common cathode connection.
Common anode wiring method (low level effective): Connect PUL+, DIR+, ENA+to the control system power supply. If the power supply is+5V, it can be directly connected. If it is greater than+5V, an additional current limiting resistor R is required to ensure a driving current of 8-15ma for the internal optocoupler of the driver. Pulse input signals are connected through PUL -, direction signals are connected through DIR -, and enable signals are connected through ENA - (similar to common cathode wiring method).
