Product Description
Product Description [Product Chip Introduction] The MAX30205 temperature sensor can measure temperature with high precision and provide overheat alarm/interrupt/shutdown output. The device utilizes high-resolution, ∑ - △, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) to convert temperature measurements into digital form. When soldered onto the final PCB, the accuracy meets the clinical thermometer technical specifications of ASTM E1112. Communicate through I2C compatible 2-wire serial interface. The I2C serial interface supports standard byte, read byte, send byte, and receive byte commands to read temperature data and configure on/off, overheat, and shutdown output modes.
[Hardware Connection Method] STM32 SCL---PB6 SDA---PB7 A0 A1 A2---GND STM32---FT232TX---RX RX---TX Baud rate 115200 [Key Features] ·High precision and low voltage operation help designers meet error and power consumption requirements ·Single temperature conversion and shutdown mode help reduce power consumption 600mA (typical value) working current The digital function makes it very easy to focus on any system
1. Optional timeout to prevent bus lockout 2. Independent open drain OS output, which can be used as an interrupt or comparator/temperature monitor output.
The MAX30205 has three address selection lines, providing a total of 32 available addresses. The sensor adopts a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 3.3V, a low supply current of 600uA, and a locking protection 12C compatible interface, making it ideal for wearable fitness and medical applications.
