Product Details
Usage Precautions: 1. The recommended supply voltage is 8-24V DC. Exceeding 26V will damage the chip. 2. When connecting to a 4Ω speaker, the supply voltage should not exceed 16V. When connecting to an 8Ω speaker, the supply voltage should not exceed 24V. 3. The recommended supply current is 2A or above. 4. Do not connect the positive and negative poles of the power supply in reverse, as this will cause the chip to burn. This module is only suitable for single-power operation and cannot be connected to a negative power supply. 5. Ensure that the input audio signal is between 0.5V and 1.5V. 6. The speaker cable should not be too long; keep it under 1 meter. 7. Pay attention to electrostatic protection. Before touching the amplifier board, discharge static electricity from your hands to prevent static electricity from damaging the amplifier chip. Digital amplifiers are sensitive to static electricity. 8. It is recommended to use speakers with a rated power of 30W or above to avoid overheating and burning the speakers. |
Troubleshooting 1. After powering on, the speaker makes a "pop" sound and then stops responding. 1) Check if the speaker impedance is too low and the supply voltage is too high, causing the chip to enter DC protection mode due to the sudden surge of current. Try reducing the supply voltage and restarting. 2) Check if the power supply is too low to power the speaker. Try replacing it with a higher-power power supply; a 2A power adapter is generally sufficient. 2. There is a "crackling" noise while playing music. 1) Replace the audio source to see if the noise is inherent. 2) Ground the amplifier input to see if the problem is with the amplifier itself. 3) Use a shielded audio cable to see if the noise is caused by poor cable quality. 4) Replace the speaker to see if the problem is with the speaker itself. 5) Replace the power supply to see if the noise is caused by an unstable power supply. 3. The speaker heats up and smokes during playback. The speaker power is too low. Replace it with a higher-power speaker or reduce the signal input. |
