Product Description
| Product Introduction ADUM1201 is a dual channel digital isolator based on iCoupler technology, which uses chip sized transformers for electromagnetic isolation, replacing the traditional LED and photodiode structures in optocouplers. Due to the elimination of the photoelectric conversion process, iCoupler technology achieves higher efficiency, lower power consumption, higher integration, and better anti-interference performance. ADUM1201 provides two isolated channels in opposite directions (one input and one output), suitable for bidirectional communication isolation scenarios such as RS-232. Separate power supply at both ends (2.7V~5.5V) and have independent ground wires (GND1, GND2), and cannot share ground, otherwise the isolation effect cannot be achieved. Attention: ADUM1201 requires both ends of the power supply to be powered on simultaneously, otherwise the chip cannot function properly. |
