Product Descriptions
Have I/O pins been used up? This powerful module allows users to control up to 16 more I/Os with just two I/Os! PCF8575 is controlled through an I2C interface and has 16 bit bidirectional input/output pins.
On the onboard 3.3V level converter circuit, if the VCC-VDD pad is not soldered, the level of PCF8575 is 3.3V. If welded, its voltage level will be the same as VCC.
Product Parameter
Available libraries: PCF8575
Working voltage: 2.5-5.5VDC
Working current: 100mA (MAX)
I2C address: 0x20 (default), can be modified by soldering A1 and A2 to select pads
16 individually addressable pins
Each pin can be configured as an input or output
Open drain interrupt output pin, used for inputting and changing interrupts
Very suitable for UNO R3 and other MCUs to control simple relays, buzzers, button LEDs
Product Note
1. Pay attention to wiring according to the diagram and do not make mistakes
2. This document only represents the product parameters at the time of editing. Any changes in the future will not be notified separately
3. The resistors R1, R2, and R3 need to be replenished by themselves. Three 10K resistors are required (if the INT port is not used, two 10K resistors are needed)
4. The chips A0, A1, and A2 on the back of the circuit board need to be connected to GND or VCC by themselves
5. Selection address in the program:
The middle pad is soldered to VDD as follows: H
The middle pad is soldered to GND as follows: L
A2, A1, A0 are only located at positions 3, 2, and 1 of the address Byte, with the last bit selected based on read and write operations; 7. Positions 6, 5, and 4 are fixed and equal to 4
I have connected A2, A1, and A0 to VCC. I need to control the digital tube, and my address should be 0x4E
