Product Description
The product is used for charging/discharging three series connected lithium batteries (lithium-ion or lithium polymer batteries). During the charging and discharging process, it has overcharge protection, overdischarge protection, overcurrent protection, and short-circuit protection functions, which can be used with confidence. In daily life, common products that can use it include vacuum cleaners, massager battery packs; Backup power supply for LED lights, solar street light battery pack; Monitor backup power supply and other products.

Product Features
Firstly, strictly follow the "line connection" wiring. Secondly, when connecting batteries in series, ensure that all three groups of batteries are the same (including the same voltage). If the voltage of a rechargeable battery varies, the higher voltage battery may be fully charged first. Due to "overcharge protection", the charging protection board will forcibly stop charging, causing the lower voltage battery to be stopped before being fully charged. Also, do not use good batteries and poor batteries together. Poor batteries have a reduced capacity and can easily be fully charged, causing the voltage to rise faster than good batteries and reaching the overcharge protection voltage value earlier, resulting in good batteries being stopped from charging before they are fully charged (2 good batteries+1 poor battery=3 poor batteries). That is to say, a perfect charging requires three conditions: charging voltage, 12.6V-13V: the same battery model; The battery voltage is the same; The battery quality is the same.
After being fully charged, the protective board automatically disconnects the battery from the power supply and stops charging.
Similar to charging, when supplying power to the outside, the battery pack should meet the following requirements: the battery model is the same; Battery voltage sample; The battery quality is the same. If the batteries are different and the battery is depleted in advance, the "over discharge protection" function of the protection board will be triggered first, cutting off the line in advance and stopping the discharge, resulting in other batteries not being fully discharged.
C. Overcurrent protection, short circuit protection
In theory, the module can withstand a current of 24A, but in reality, when the module reaches 25A, the overcurrent protection function is activated and the circuit connection is automatically disconnected. We recommend that users do not exceed 10A when using it. If you want to set the overcurrent protection value smaller, you can replace it with a higher resistance "precision alloy resistor". The product uses a 0.0050 "precision alloy resistor" (please refer to the functional diagram). The resistance Rsense of the "precision alloy resistor" can be calculated as follows: for example, if you want the product to turn on overcurrent protection at 11A, Rsense=(25A/11A)*0.0050.0110。 We solemnly declare that this data is not accurate and can only be used as a rough estimate reference. Actual measurements shall prevail.
