Product Descriptions

The chip used in this module is TM1638, which integrates the three common peripheral circuits of microcontrollers mentioned above. Its biggest feature is that it only needs to occupy three IO ports of the microcontroller to drive. Scanning display and button scanning do not require microcontroller intervention, only reading and writing relevant registers to send display data or detect buttons to save MCU resources. Purchase this module to provide an instance program.

Imagine how many IO ports we need to use to connect 8 LEDs, 8-bit digital tubes, and 8 buttons to a microcontroller, far more than just 3 IO ports. However, this module can achieve this. Through practical application, the buttons are sensitive and the display effect is good.

Wiring Method

VCC GND is connected to a 5V power supply, and STB CLK DIO is connected to the microcontroller IO port.
