Product Description


HW-667 USB serial port control relay module is a stable USB to serial port chip and microcontroller chip. It can be used on the computer to send serial port commands using serial port debugging software to control the on/off of one relay


Product Functions


Relay switch output description:


COM1: Public end:


NC: Normally closed end, the relay is short circuited to COM before closing, and suspended after closing;


NO: At the beginning, the relay is suspended before closing and short circuited to COM after closing.


Communication protocol description:


1. The default communication baud rate for USB switches is 9600BPS


Control relay often starts to close: A0 01 01 A2


Control the normally closed end of the relay to close: A0 01 00 A1


2. USB switch communication protocol


Data 1- Initial identifier (default is 0xA0)


Data 2- Switch Address Code (0x01 and 0x02 represent the first and second switches, respectively)


Data 3- Operation Data (0x00 is "off", 0x01 is "on")


Data 4- Verification Code


Instructions for use:


1. Connect the H-667 module to the computer and install the driver for the CH340 USB to serial chip.


2. Open STC-ISP or sscom serial port debugging software, select baud rate of 9600, and use hexadecimal (hex)


The form of sending A0 01 01 A2 can control the normally closed end of the relay to open and the normally open end to close; In hexadecimal (hex)


The form of sending 40 01 00 A1 can control the relay to open at the normally open end and close at the normally closed end. You can choose to send manually or automatically. Here is an example of the SSCOM 5.13.1 serial port debugging software:
