GY-33 is a low-cost color recognition sensor module. The working voltage is 3-5V, with low power consumption, small size, and easy installation. The working principle is that the LED lights up, and after shining on the object being measured, the returned light passes through a filter to detect the proportion value of RGB, and the color is recognized based on the proportion value of RGB. This module has two ways to read data, namely serial UART (TTL level) or IIC (2-wire). The baud rates of the serial port are 9600bps and 115200bps, configurable, with two options: continuous and inquiry output. The settings can be saved in case of power failure. There are 7 simple color recognition methods that do not require calculating RGB values.

Can adapt to different working environments and connect with microcontrollers and computers. The module can also set a separate sensor chip working mode, as a simple sensor module, the MCU does not participate in data processing work. Provide communication programs for Arduino, 51, and STM32 microcontrollers, but do not provide schematics or internal microcontroller source code.
