Product Descriptions
The E22-170M series products are independently developed based on the new generation LoRaTM RF chip SX1262 produced by Semtech, with an ultra small size and suitable for 170.125MHz surface mount LoRaTM wireless modules. Due to the use of the original imported SX1262 as the module core, the anti-interference performance and communication distance have been further improved compared to the previous generation LoRaTM transceiver.
Due to its adoption of the new LoRaTM modulation technology, its anti-interference performance and communication distance far exceed those of current FSK and GFSK modulation methods. This module is mainly designed for smart homes, wireless meter reading, scientific research and healthcare, as well as long-distance wireless communication devices. This product can cover the applicable frequency range of 150.125~170.125MHz and is backward compatible with SX1278 and SX1276. Use industrial grade high-precision 32MHz active temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO).

Compared with the SX1276 module, the SX1262 module has significant advantages in lower power consumption, faster speed, and longer distance;
Under ideal conditions, the measured communication distance can reach up to 16km;
It has three different power options of 22/30/33dBm modules to choose from, and supports multi-level adjustable software;
Supports frequency range of 150.125MHz~170.125MHz (default 170.125MHz);
Supports data transmission rates of 0.018-62.5kbps in LoRaTM mode;
FIFO has a large capacity and supports 256Byte data caching;
Backward compatibility with SX1278/SX1276 series RF transceivers;
Built in PA+LNA, greatly improving communication distance and stability;
Industrial standard design, supporting long-term use at -40~85 ° C;
Dual antenna options (IPE/stamp hole) are available for users' secondary development and integration.
