Product Descriptions
E150-400TxxS is a wireless serial port module (UART) based on LoRa RF chip, operating in the frequency range of 410.125-493.125MHz (default 433.125MHz), using LoRa spread spectrum technology.
The module integrates functions such as (switch input) DI, (switch output) DO, (digital to analog converter) ADC, (analog-to-digital converter) DAC, (pulse width modulation) PWM, and (remote radio) LoRa. Users can control it by sending Modbus RTU commands through serial ports or remote LoRa networking devices, and also support low-power mode.
The module supports LoRa direct sequence spread spectrum technology, which has the advantages of longer communication distance, strong anti-interference ability, and extremely strong confidentiality; Industrial grade passive crystal oscillator ensures its stability and consistency.

E150-400T30S has built-in PA+LNA, and under ideal conditions, the communication distance can reach 10km;
Supports 3.3-5.5V power supply, with optimal performance guaranteed for power supplies greater than 5V
Support air wake-up (ultra-low power consumption), suitable for battery application solutions;
Maximum transmission power of 22dBm/30dBm, software multi-level adjustable;
Support global license free ISM 433MHz frequency band, frequency range: 410.125-493.125MHz, channel spacing 1MHz;
Supports data transmission rates ranging from 2.4k to 62.5kbps;
Supports standard Modbus RTU protocol;
Support various configuration software/PLC/touch screens;
4-channel switch input DI;
4-channel switch output DO (DO1, DO2 open drain output, DO3, DO4 push-pull output);
5-channel 12 bit ADC channel acquisition (2-channel voltage acquisition, 1-channel power supply voltage acquisition, and 2-channel current acquisition);
2-channel 8-bit DAC output, only supports floating-point voltage value output;
2-channel PWM output, frequency range 25 Hz~65535 Hz, multi-level duty cycle adjustable;
Supports setting 1-247 Modbus addresses, with 0 being a public address;
Support sending non local Modbus addresses to other LoRa devices in the network;
Support transparent transmission of non Modbus commands;
UART to RS485 control pin (requires external conversion chip);
Supports baud rates such as 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200, etc;
Support low-power mode;
Support direct access to E22 series modules;
Adopting industrial grade crystal oscillator and industrial standard design, supporting long-term use at -40~+85 ℃;
IPEX interface, capable of external antenna.
