E840-TTL (EC05 xxx) is a small-sized 4G plug module developed by Chengdu Yibaite Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. using 4G CAT1 technology. It has the characteristics of small size, high speed, low latency, and simple use. With simple configuration, it can achieve serial device networking function (bidirectional transparent transmission between serial devices and network servers). The product adopts a 2.0mm pin arrangement, which is easy to debug and can achieve serial port networking process with simple configuration, making it very convenient to integrate into IoT projects.

Supports two links, MQTT protocol, and access to Alibaba Cloud platform, OneNet platform, Baidu Cloud platform, and Huawei Cloud platform, making it easy to implement IoT applications.

• Supports simultaneous transmission and reception of two Socket links, with each Socket supporting primary/backup connection information settings;

• Supports automatic conversion between Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP;

• Support fast AT commands;

• Support network, serial port, and SMS AT command configuration (some models support it);

• Support configuring security mechanisms, passwords can be set by oneself;

• Computer parameter configuration software, convenient and flexible;

• Support transparent transmission of network and SMS data (some models support it), and support phone number filtering;

• The module supports data free restart and reconnection after disconnection;

• Support APN;

• Support IP address query;

• Supports DC4.5~18V wide voltage power supply or DC3.3~4.3V lithium battery power supply, suitable for various application scenarios.

• Supports GPS/Beidou positioning (only supported by E840-TTL (EC05-DGC))
