Product Introduction
The PMS133/PMS134 series is a CMOS 8-bit microprocessor with a 12 bit ADC and OTP based programming. It uses RISC architecture and all instruction architectures have one instruction cycle, with only a few instructions requiring two instruction cycles.
Internally, it has up to 3KW/4KW OTP program memory and 256 byte data memory, as well as up to 13 channels of 12 bit resolution ADC, with one channel having multiple internal reference voltages to choose from. PMS133/PMS134 simultaneously provide 6 hardware counters: one 16 bit hardware counter, two 8-bit PWM counters, and three 11 bit PWM counters. In addition, PMS133/PMS134 also provides a hardware comparator and a 1/2 VDD bias voltage to drive the LCD.

1. PB4, PB7 drive/fill current=30mA/35mA (Strong) and 13mA/17mA (Normal)
2. Other IO (except PA5) drive/fill current=10mA/(13 or 20) mA
3. PA5 current injection=10mA
Each IO pin can be set with wake-up function
Built in 1/2 VDD LCD bias voltage generator, capable of supporting up to 4 × 10 LCD screens
Clock sources: IHRC, ILRC, and EOSC (XTAL)
For all IO devices with wake-up function, two selectable wake-up speeds are supported: normal wake-up and fast wake-up
Reset voltage settings for 8-stage LVR: 4.0V, 3.5V, 3.0V, 2.75V, 2.5V, 2.2V, 2.0V, 1.8V
Two sets of optional external interrupt pins for Code Options
