Product Introduction
The SC92F74AX integrates 16 Kbytes Flash ROM, 1 KBytes SRAM, 128 bytes EEPROM, up to 26 GP I/Os, 13 IOs with external interrupts, 3 16 bit timers, 11 channels of 12 bit high-precision ADC, 6 independent 10 bit PWM, internal 1 PERCNET high-precision high-frequency 16/8/4/1.33MHz oscillator and 4 PERCENT precision low-frequency 128K oscillator, external crystal oscillator, one UART, one UART/SPI/IC three choice one communication port SSI. To improve reliability and simplify customer circuits, the SC92F74AX also integrates four levels of optional voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC reference voltage, and other high reliability circuits internally. SC92F74AX has excellent anti-interference performance and is very suitable for use in various applications such as main control of smart home appliances and smart homes, Internet of Things, wireless communication, game consoles and other industrial control and consumer application fields.

Built in low-frequency 128kHz LRC oscillator:
⚫ Can serve as a clock source for Base Timer and wake up STOP

⚫ Frequency error: Across (4.0V~5.5V) and (-20~85 ℃) application environments, the frequency error does not exceed ± 4 PERCENT
Low Voltage Reset (LVR):
⚫ There are 4 levels of reset voltage to choose from: 4.3V, 3.7V, 2.9V, 2.3V
⚫ The default value is the value selected by the user for burning the Code Option
Flash burning and simulation:
