Product Overview EG2108 is a cost-effective MOS tube, IGBT tube gate driver special chip, internal integration of logic signal input processing circuit, undervoltage protection circuit, level displacement circuit, pulse filter circuit and output drive circuit, specially for brushless motor controller, power supply DC - DC drive circuit. The EG2108 can operate up to 600V at the high end and the supply voltage range of the low-end Vcc is wide from 10V - 20V. The input channel of the chip has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor in the HIN and a 200K pull-down resistor in the LIN, which makes the upper and lower power MOS tubes turned off when the input is suspended, and the output current capability is IO +/- 0.3/0.6A, and it is packaged in SOP8. |
