The AP431SANTR-G1 is a two-terminal voltage reference IC , designed for use in a wide range of applications. This surface-mountable IC is part of the PMIC family and offers an adjustable output voltage of 2.5V with a tolerance of ±0.5%. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and features a shunt reference type with a trim/adjustable output.
