TPS54040ADGQR Description The TPS54040ADGQR is a voltage regulator with an integrated high-side MOSFET that offers high efficiency, excellent performance, and a large voltage regulation range. The TPS54040ADGQR offers a switching frequency of 581 kHz in the MSOP-PowerPad-10 envelope and supports output voltages from 800mV to 39V. The device is designed to operate from -40°C to 125°C and should ensure that the maximum and minimum temperatures of the application being used do not exceed this range.
