Product Description: TPS62821DLCR - Step-Down DC-DC Switching Regulator The TPS62821DLCR is a highly efficient, step-down DC-DC switching regulator , designed to provide a stable and adjustable output voltage from an input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V. With a switching frequency of 2.2MHz, this device is ideal for a wide range of applications where compact size and high efficiency are critical. Features: Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control technique for precise voltage regulation Adjustable output voltage range from 0.6V to 5.5V High efficiency up to 95% with a low quiescent current of 10μA Synchronous rectification for reduced power consumption Compact 8-VFDFN package with a small footprint of 2mm x 2mm Surface mount packaging for easy integration into PCBs Operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C Applications: Power supplies for portable devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops Point-of-load (POL) regulators for servers, data centers, and industrial systems Power conversion for automotive applications, including infotainment systems and powertrain systems Medical devices and equipment, including implantable devices and diagnostic instruments |
