When the constant current value is adjusted to 2A, the turning current is 0.1 times the constant current (0.1 * 2A=0.2A). This version is fixed at 0.1 times (used to identify whether the battery is fully charged during charging)
Product Use
Instructions:
Battery charging usage method:
a. Determine the float charging voltage and charging current of the rechargeable battery you need, as well as the input voltage of the block;
b. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to around 5V;
c. Measure the output short-circuit current with a multimeter in 10A current mode, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to achieve the predetermined charging current value;
d. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the float charging voltage;
e. Connect the battery and try charging.
(Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 are to connect the module input to the power supply and the output to no load without connecting the battery.)
Usage of LED constant current driver:
a. Determine the operating current and maximum operating voltage required to drive the LED;
b. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to around 5V.
c. Measure the output short-circuit current with a multimeter in 10A current mode, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to achieve the predetermined LED operating current;
d. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to achieve the maximum working voltage of the LED output voltage:
Connect the LED and test the machine.
(Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 are to connect the module input to the power supply and output without connecting the LED light when unloaded.)
