Product Overview DIO6913 is a high-efficiency, high-frequency synchronous step-down DC-DC regulated integrated circuit capable of delivering up to 3A of output current. The DIO6913 series operates over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 24V and integrates a main and synchronous switch with very low on-resistance RDS(ON) to minimize conduction losses. A constant on-time (COT) architecture with quasi-fixed switching frequency operation provides fast transient response and simplifies loop-stabilization design. Protection features include overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown. DIO6913 requires only a very small number of common standard external components in a space-saving TSOT23-6 package.
