Product Overview
BTM7710G is part of the TrilithIC family of products that integrate three chips in a single package: a dual high-end switch and two low-end switches. The drain of the three vertical DMOS chips is mounted on separate lead frames. The source is connected to individual pins, so BTM7710G can be used on the H-bridge as well as any other configuration. The dual high-end switches are manufactured using SMART SIPMOS technology, which combines a vertical DMOS power stage with low on-resistance (RDSON) with CMOS circuitry for control, protection, and diagnostics. For low on-resistance and fast switching performance, low-end switches are manufactured using S-FET logic level technology.
