Product Overview ICE3RBR0665JZ (ICE3RBRxx65JZ series) is an improvement based on the ICE3BRxx65J in a DIP-7 package. It is designed to be more reliable and can operate in -40°C environments. Its outstanding performance includes BiCMOS technology, active burst mode, built-in frequency jitter, soft gate drive, propagation delay compensation, built-in soft-start time, built-in blanking time, and scalable blanking time for overload protection, external auto-restart enable, and more.
