EM78P468B is an 8-bit microcontroller designed and developed using low-power high-speed CMOS technology. This chip integrates WDT, RAM, ROM, programmable real-time clock counter, internal/external interrupts, power-saving mode, LCD driver, infrared emission function, and tri state I/O port. It has a 4KX13 bit one-time programmable memory (OTP-ROM) inside. It provides multiple layers of protection bits to prevent users from reading programs in the OTP storage code space, with 7 code option bits to meet the needs of users to set code options, and especially provides a 13 bit user ID option at the same time.

EM78468B has enhanced Mask ROM features, making it convenient for users to develop and validate programs. In addition, using development programming tools, OTP microcontrollers have the advantage of simple and efficient code updates. Users can easily burn development code using Yilong's burner.
