Methane sensor (hereinafter referred to as sensor) is a sensor based on the principle of MEMS, used for real-time monitoring of methane gas 

concentration. The sensor is equipped with a high-performance semiconductor silicon-based resistive sensing chip, which applies dedicated 

digital module acquisition technology and gas sensing technology to ensure that the product has extremely high reliability and excellent long-

term stability. It has the characteristics of low power consumption, high sensitivity, low cost, and simple driving circuit. Sensors have undergone 

complete calibration and testing before leaving the factory to meet the needs of customers for large-scale applications.
