AMS2000 is a thermal mass flow sensor that calculates the mass flow rate of the measured gas by measuring resistance changes. The sensor 

adopts a self-developed MEMS mass flow chip, which has the characteristics of intuitiveness, accuracy, stability, high and low temperature 

resistance, good linearity, and short response time.

Before leaving the factory, strict calibration was carried out on the range, accuracy, repeatability, response time, etc. of AMS2000.

Product  Application

AMS2000 is suitable for mass flow monitoring of dry, clean, and non corrosive gases such as air, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, helium, and 

oxygen (excluding flammable and explosive gases). It has been widely applied in industries such as scientific research in universities, fire 

protection, environmental monitoring, tobacco, smart agriculture, food, and medicine.
