Description
The TPD4S012 is a four-channel Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode array based on Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) for USB chargers and USB On-The-Go (OTG) interfaces.
The TPD4S012 delivers IEC 61000-4-2 system level ESD protection with a Vgus line tolerance of 15 V. Because of its high voltage tolerance at the Vg BuS line and tiny flow-through packaging, the device is perfect for providing circuit protection for USB charging and OTG applications.
