Product Description
The MAX31855 features cold-end compensation that converts K, J, N, T or E type thermocouple signals into digital quantities. The device outputs 14-bit signed data in read-only format via the SPITM compatible interface. The converter has a temperature resolution of 0.25 ° C, a temperature reading of +1800 ° C, a temperature reading of -270 ° C and, for type K thermocouples, a temperature range of -200 ° C to +700 ° C, maintaining ±2 ° C accuracy.
