Product Description

The 1SV270 is a high-frequency, variable capacitance diode (VCD) integrated circuit (IC) 

designed for surface-mount applications. This small outline, rectangular package IC features 

a dual terminal configuration with a gull wing terminal form. 

The IC is designed to operate at a maximum temperature of 125°C and has a reverse test voltage 

of 10V.
