Humidity sensor C10-M53R is a high polymer humidity sensor. It has been widely used in civilian home appliances such as air conditioners, humidifiers, and air conditioners. It uses low-lead materials and has the same characteristics as the previous product (C10-M52R). It is a humidity sensor with high cost performance and miniaturization while maintaining its performance. 2. Standard measurement conditions In the atmosphere, the temperature is 25℃, the frequency is 1KHZ, and the measurement voltage is 1VAC (sine wave) as the standard. When testing the characteristics, first place the humidity sensor in dry air at 25℃/0%RH, wait for 30 minutes, then set the humidity to 60%RH, wait for 15 minutes, and then test the resistance value. Measuring device: Shunt-type humidity generator: SPH-1 type (made by Rong) LCR meter: 4261A (made by HP) Measurement wire: 1-core shielded wire IV. Precautions A. Do not input DC voltage to the humidity sensor. B. Do not allow the product to condense or get wet. C. Do not use in the following gas environment: salt, inorganic gas (sulfur dioxide, chlorine, ammonia), gas (alcohol, glycol ether, aldehyde) D. Do not store in an environment above 60℃ for a long time, because this will easily cause the sensor protection box to deform. |
