The TMP117AIDRVT is a high-accuracy digital temperature sensor , designed for a wide range of applications where precise temperature measurement is crucial. This surface-mount temperature sensor features a 16-bit resolution, providing an accuracy of ±0.1°C (±0.3°C) and a sensing temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
