[Introduction] This module integrates two sensor chips, CCS811 and HDC1080, on one board. The measurement values of the two sensors can be read separately through IC communication. HDC1080 is a digital humidity sensor with an integrated temperature sensor, which can provide excellent measurement accuracy at very low power consumption. HDC1080 supports a wide operating power supply voltage range and provides low cost and low power consumption advantages for various common applications compared to competing solutions. Both humidity and temperature sensors are factory calibrated. |

CCS811 is a low-power micro gas digital sensor that can be used for air quality monitoring. It integrates a metal oxide (MOX) sensor to measure the total equivalent volatile organic compound ETVOCST content and equivalent ECO2 content in the environment. A microcontroller MCU is integrated inside the chip. By reading the temperature and humidity values of the HDC1080 sensor and writing them into the CCS811 internal environment temperature and humidity correction register, the gas content value measured by CCS811 is self-corrected. |
