Recently, IBM announced the acquisition of FinOps software giant Apptio for $4.6 billion (approximately RMB 33.304 billion).
For this acquisition, IBM believes that the acquisition of Apptio will help enhance its IT automation capabilities and provide customers with more useful tools to 'provide higher business value'.

In terms of funding, IBM has already reached an agreement with Vista Equity Partners, thereby obtaining partial funding support.
